Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clearwater Christian College and a Master’s degree from Liberty University, with a concentration in Executive Leadership, providing her with both a strong academic foundation and advanced leadership expertise.
As a certified HR professional (SHRM-CP) and credentialed workplace investigator, Julie approaches complex HR challenges with integrity, diligence, and fairness. She is passionate about fostering clear expectations across all levels of an organization—from new hires to senior executives—ensuring alignment between company objectives and employee . With over 19 years of experience, Kerry’s expertise extends across talent acquisition, HRIS and payroll management, employee relations, compliance, training, and strategic workforce planning.
Beyond corporate HR, Kerry has extensive experience managing programs in high-stakes environments, including overseeing HR functions for federal and state programs, coordinating large-scale operations, and collaborating with executive and Field Grade leadership. With a military background in logistics and operations, Kerry brings a disciplined, strategic approach to HR, ensuring that operations and HR functions are effectively aligned with business objectives.
